- Event: The wedding, party, or other gathering booked by the Client.
Services Provided:
We offer a range of services including venue rental, event planning, catering, and decoration. Detailed descriptions of our packages and customizable options are available on our website.
Booking and Payment:
- Booking Process: Clients can book our services through our website or by contacting us directly.
- Deposits and Payments: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the event date. The remaining balance is due 30-days before the event.
- Non-Refundable Deposits: The deposit is non-refundable and secures your event date.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Client Cancellation: If the Client cancels the event, the following fees apply:
- 50% of the total cost if canceled 60-90 days before the event.
- 75% of the total cost if canceled 30-59 days before the event.
- 100% of the total cost if canceled less than 30 days before the event
Service Provider Cancellation: If we must cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
Event Changes:
- Modifications: Clients can request changes to their event details up to 7 days before the event. Additional costs may apply for significant changes.
Liability and Insurance:
- Liability: Cross House Farm Greenhouse Venue and Events, LLC is not liable for any damages or losses during the event. Clients are responsible for their guests' conduct.
- Insurance: Clients must obtain event insurance and name Cross House Farm Greenhouse Venue and Events, LLC as an additional insured.
Force Majeure:
- Unforeseen Events: We are not liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies.
Conduct and Safety:
- Client Responsibilities: Clients must ensure their guests adhere to safety guidelines and behave appropriately.
- Prohibited Activities: The following activities are prohibited: open flames, fireworks, and any illegal activities.
Dispute Resolution:
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of FL, Lake County.
- Arbitration: Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in FL, Lake County.
Miscellaneous:
- Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
- Severability: If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
